Summer: Garden furniture out of storage and clean, hook up water, spring cleaning, window cleaning, etc.
Winter: Cleaning for winter, turning on heating, cleaning gutters, checking or emptying water pipes, etc.
We will make the beds, dust, vacuum, mop and clean the toilet/bathroom and make sure everything is left tidy.

* We charge 2.5 SEK per kilometer + If the total travel time exceeds one hour,
you will pay the normal hourly rate of 500 SEK for the rest of the time.

*** ROT is a tax benefit of 30% discount on labor hours and can only be used for people who have a person number in Sweden. This benefit applies mainly to construction work.
